Found a pretty cool website today, gives out support for giving up coffee and reasons why to do so. I found various information through the website of the different harms it may contain such as leaving you “fat and wrinkled” or “extremely jittery”. Another tab also contained how you can give it up, as it offers different replacements such as fruit or even tea. Advice is also found how you can go “cold turkey” on coffee such as pointers on how to stay alert without it or even napping more as an alternative.
I also really like the way everything is spaced out through out the website, its so basic by simply having one tab to click on saying ‘why give it up’ and the other saying ‘ how to give it up’, which in the end just gets right down to the point.
