So my Journey through change has been pretty interesting since giving up coffee. I see changes throughout myself mainly in the mornings but also during the afternoons. Would occasionally have more energy now during the afternoons then when i was having coffee.
I also noticed how frequently i had been asked for coffee. Normally i probably would have made no big deal about it but its just so common around me i’ve noticed. Family and friends all just ask if we wanna “grab a cup of coffee”, some i have already told that im giving it up but they have completely forgotten.
What i enjoy out of this however is the opportunity to explain exactly why im giving it up to others, spreading the word in the process; which is the whole idea of the task isn’t it? 🙂
